There are many types of materials used for bag bases, the most common being:
(1) Iron plate: Iron plates are relatively hard and wear-resistant, but very heavy. This type of base is mainly used for large bags.
(2) Polyethylene plate: Polyethylene plates are relatively light, elastic, and soft, but they yellow and deform over time, requiring frequent replacement.
(3) PPR plate: PPR plates are relatively environmentally friendly and healthy, reducing bag weight. They are also very flexible and not easily deformed, but are relatively expensive.
(4) ABS plate: ABS plate is a new type of bag base material. It is slightly more expensive, but has advantages such as wear resistance, water and oil resistance, and high toughness. Therefore, it is commonly used for high-end bag bases.
