Production Process of Bag Organizer
Core material: Manufacturers select a stiff, durable base stiffener. Common materials include thick clear acrylic, high-density polyethylene (hdpe) plastic sheets, or specialty bag-making materials.
Patterning: Liners are engineered based on exact designer bag models. The manufacturer creates a digital template or uses physical cutting dies matching the interior dimensions of the bag's bottom panel.
Die-cutting: The core material is die-cut or laser-cut. It is critical that all four corners are cut with a specific radius or rounded edges so the sharp points do not poke through the bag's interior fabric or outer leather.
Protective film removal:
If using acrylic, factory workers peel off protective transport films on both sides of the plate.
Wrapping/encapsulation:
The raw plastic/acrylic core is usually wrapped to provide a softer exterior that won't scratch precious interiors. The core is sandwiched between layers of synthetic leather, PU vegan leather, or luxury fabric felt.
Edge finishing:
The edges are either heat-sealed, sewn with double-stitched edges, or bound with a grosgrain ribbon to enclose the rigid core completely and prevent fraying.
Inspection:
The finished liner is inspected for flaws, loose threads, or sharp edges. It is flexed to ensure it can support weight without cracking or permanently warping.
