Stainless steel hardware has ultra-high hardness, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, and wear resistance, stable performance in high humidity and frequent friction scenarios, suitable for outdoor functional bags, travel luggage, and high-frequency daily-use luxury bags. Surface finishing technology determines the appearance quality and anti-oxidation life of hardware. Common industrial processes include electroplating, vacuum plating, brushed finishing, polished finishing, matte spraying, and antique do old finishing. The fastening system is the core functional accessory of bags, including zippers, magnetic closures, snap buttons, and turn locks, with unified industrial size standards and performance testing specifications, which are key indicators for judging bag quality and practicability.

Zippers are classified by material into metal zippers, nylon zippers, and plastic resin zippers, and by model into 3#, 5#, 8#, 10# and other mainstream specifications. Metal zippers are mostly made of brass or aluminum teeth, with firm occlusion, smooth pulling, and high-grade texture, widely used in leather bags and high-end fashion bags. Nylon zippers are soft, flexible, low-cost, and not easy to crack, suitable for casual cloth bags and lightweight sports bags. Resin zippers have thick teeth, strong compression resistance, and good waterproof performance, commonly used in outdoor waterproof bags and large luggage.
